Information you choose to provide
When you request an Owner Bottleneck Review or contact WIBP, we may collect your name, company, company location, team size, email address, optional phone number, contact preference, time zone, general availability, referral source, the business concern you describe, its consequences, what you have tried, and how soon you want it to improve.
Website and campaign information
We may retain limited campaign tags included in a link so we can understand which outreach led to a request. Our hosting and security providers necessarily process ordinary connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site. The lead record does not include your raw IP address or browser user-agent string.
How we use information
We use submitted information to review and respond to your request, coordinate a conversation, understand demand for WIBP services, protect the intake process, and maintain appropriate business records. Requesting a review does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Sharing and service providers
WIBP does not sell your personal information. We may use service providers to host, secure, back up, and operate the website and business communications. They receive only the access needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.
Retention and protection
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, the resulting business relationship, legitimate recordkeeping, security, and legal obligations. We use access controls, private storage, and recovery practices appropriate to the information, while recognizing that no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
